Rules & Policies

Clear, fair policies to keep our learning environment safe, productive, and beneficial for every student

Attendance & Punctuality
  • Minimum 75% attendance required for final assessment eligibility
  • Arrive within 10 minutes of class start time
  • Prior notice required for planned absences
  • Make-up sessions for genuine medical or emergency absences
Lab Use Guidelines
  • Student ID required at lab entry at all times
  • No food or drinks inside any computer lab
  • Students responsible for any damage to lab equipment
  • No unauthorized software installation on lab machines
Assessment & Grading
  • 40% continuous assessment: assignments, quizzes, participation
  • 60% final project or practical exam
  • Minimum 60% overall to receive official certificate
  • Project-based courses require a live demo before instructor panel
Fee & Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund if cancelled before first class
  • Partial refund within first 7 days of class start
  • Course deferral to next batch allowed once per enrollment
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing
Code of Conduct
  • Respectful behaviour toward instructors, staff, and fellow students
  • Harassment or bullying results in immediate dismissal
  • Mobile phones on silent during class hours
  • Cheating in assessments leads to disqualification
